What is this?
When you need a hand, our team can securely see — and, with your go-ahead, control — your computer, as if we were sitting right beside you. It is the quickest way for us to fix a problem, change a setting, or simply show you how something works.
We use RustDesk, a well-regarded open-source remote-support tool. A connection only ever happens when you open the app and share a one-time code with your technician. You see everything that happens on screen, and you can end the session the instant you wish.
How a support session works
Download & open the app
Pick your device below and download the small RustDesk app. It opens straight away — no installation, no account, nothing to sign up for.
Share your one-time code
The app shows a numeric ID and a temporary password. Read these to your technician over the phone — they are your single-use key for this session only.
We connect — with your approval
Your technician connects using that code. The first time, your computer asks you to allow it. Nothing happens until you say yes.
You stay in control
You watch the whole session live. Close the app, or click disconnect, and remote access ends immediately.

Your privacy & safety
- Nothing happens without you. A session needs the app open and your one-time code shared. We cannot connect on our own.
- You are always in control. You see every action live and can end the session at any moment by closing the app.
- It is encrypted end-to-end. The connection between your computer and your technician is private and secured.
- It does not linger. Close the app and remote access is gone. The app only stays reachable afterwards if you and your technician deliberately set that up together.
Before your session
A few small things make the call go smoothly:
- Have the RustDesk app open before, or during, your phone call with us.
- Be ready to read out the ID and password the app displays.
- Close anything private you would rather not have on screen.
- Stay on the line — your technician will guide you through every step.
